Dans une vidéo relayée par le média Gol, on voit un reporter interroger Zidane sur la lettre ouverte publiée au moment de son départ du Real Madrid. « Tu vas continuer à poser les mêmes questions idiotes », demande Zidane, visiblement agacé. Accompagné de son épouse, Zinédine Zidane tance le journaliste qui insiste : « Tu vas poser les mêmes questions ? Ton travail est une honte. » Il finit ensuite par prendre le journalisteen aparté pour conclure la discussion avec lui loin de la camera.
