Une secousse tellurique de magnitude 3,7 degrés sur l’échelle de Richter a été enregistrée, mardi, dans la province de Driouch, a indiqué l’Institut national de géophysique (ING).
La secousse, dont l’épicentre est situé à 45 kilomètres au large de la commune Oulad Amghar, dans la province de Driouch, s’est produite à 19h 43min 24sec (GMT+1), a précisé le Réseau national de surveillance et d’alerte sismique, relevant de l’ING, dans un bulletin d’alerte sismique.
Survenue à une profondeur de 18 km, la secousse, qui a été ressentie, s’est produite à une latitude de 35.600°N et une longitude de 3.595°W, selon la même source.
Plus tôt dans la journée, l’ING a signalé une première secousse tellurique de magnitude 4,0 degrés sur l’échelle de Richter dans la même province. Elle s’est produite à 15H54 MIN 32 SEC (GMT+1) et son l’épicentre est situé à 40 km au large de la Commune Oulad Amghar à la province de Driouch. Survenue à une profondeur de 14 km, la secousse s’est produite à une latitude de 35.530°N et une longitude de 3.648°W, selon la même source.
