Bénin : le nouveau code électoral fait débat

Au Bénin, l’Assemblée a voté la modification du code électoral. Le texte durcit notamment les conditions de participation à la présidentielle, prévue en 2026. Depuis, ces amendements apportés au code électoral, suscitent beaucoup de débat au sein de l’opinion publique et des partis.
