Les actionnaires de la Société sucrière Sucrivoire, établie en Côte d’Ivoire, percevront le 20 août 2021, au titre de l’exercice 2020, un dividende global net de 793,800 millions FCFA.
Cela correspond à un dividende net par action de 40,5 FCFA. Cette société n’avait pas versé de dividendes à ses actionnaires en 2018 et 2019 du fait de ses difficultés financières. Elle avait en revanche alloué un dividende net de 72 FCFA en 2017.
La société Sucrivoire a réalisé en 2020 un résultat net de 1,788 milliard de FCFA contre un déficit de 5,339 milliards FCFA en 2019.
Le chiffre d’affaires de la société avait vu également son niveau augmenter de 6,677 milliards, passant de 56,656 milliards de FCFA en 2019 à 63,333 milliards de FCFA au 31 décembre 2020.
La valeur ajoutée avait aussi progressé de 22% à 26,617 milliards de FCFA contre 21,836 milliards FCFA.
De son côté, l’excédent brut d’exploitation s’était accru de 57,2%, passant de 8,451 milliards de FCFA en 2019 à 13,290 milliards de FCFA en 2020.
Il en est de même pour ce qui est du résultat d’exploitation qui s’est établi à 4,403 milliards FCFA contre un déficit de 1,134 milliard FCFA au terme de l’exercice 2019
