La présidente ex-LR de la région Ile-de-France Valérie Pécresse a plaidé lundi pour « privilégier l’accueil des personnes déplacées » dans les pays bordant l’Afghanistan, balayant tout « accueil inconditionnel » en France.
« Il faut privilégier l’accueil des personnes déplacées sur zone », a souligné sur RTL Mme Pécresse, candidate de droite à l’élection présidentielle.
« Il faut travailler avec les pays qui entourent l’Afghanistan, notamment les anciennes Républiques soviétiques », comme l’Ouzbékistan ou le Tadjikistan, « pour voir avec l’ONU si on ne peut pas organiser l’accueil temporaire des personnes réfugiées », a-t-elle insisté.
Alors que des dizaines de milliers d’Afghans cherchent à quitter le pays après la prise de pouvoir des talibans en Afghanistan le 15 août, Mme Pécresse a affirmé qu’il ne pouvait « pas y avoir d’accueil inconditionnel de tous les Afghans en France ».
