L’agence de notation financière Bloomfield Investment Corporation, suite de la réévaluation de la CRRH-UEMOA en 2021, a décidé de maintenir :
– la note de AA+ à long terme (note d’investissement), avec une perspective stable ;
– la note de A1+ à court terme (note d’investissement), avec une perspective stable.
Le maintien des notes AA+ et A1+en 2021 et pour la 4ème année consécutive par Bloomfield Investment Corporation, confirme la bonne santé financière de la CRRH-UEMOA et sa résilience face à la crise économique provoquée par la pandémie de la COVID-19.
A propos de la CRRH-UEMOA :
La CRRH-UEMOA, une initiative régionale en faveur d’un meilleur financement de l’habitat dans les pays de l’UEMOA, a pour objet la mobilisation de ressources longues à taux compétitifs, au bénéfice de sa clientèle de banques actionnaires et de SFD, pour le refinancement des prêts à l’habitat consentis à leurs clients.
Au 31 octobre 2021, la CRRH-UEMOA a, en neuf années d’activités opérationnelles, mobilisé environ 306 milliards de FCFA de ressources longues, sur lesquelles elle a consenti des refinancements d’un montant total de 238,5 milliards FCFA au profit de 39 banques actionnaires couvrant les huit pays l’Union, et cinq (05) SFD, pour la promotion du financement du logement dans l’UEMOA. Outre les ressources qu’elle mobilise sur les marchés financiers par emprunts obligataires, la CRRH-UEMOA mobilise aussi des ressources concessionnelles auprès des partenaires au développement, pour le refinancement par les banques et SFD des prêts à l’habitat en faveur de ménages à revenus modestes et / ou irréguliers.
L’agence de notation internationale Moody’s a noté la CRRH-UEMOA en 2021, pour la première fois, avec les notes de Ba2 d’émetteur à long terme en monnaie locale, et la note d’émetteur à long terme en devises de Ba3. Elles font de la CRRH-UEMOA, l’institution de l’UEMOA la mieux notée par une agence internationale, après la BAD et la BOAD, etl’un des risques les plus sûrs sur le marché financier de l’UEMOA depuis 2015.
