Au Burkina Faso, la nouvelle équipe gouvernementale du Premier ministre Lassina Zerbo a tenu son premier conseil des ministres, mercredi 15 décembre, autour du président Roch Marc Christian Kaboré. Pour le Premier ministre, son équipe a trente jours pour apporter des solutions concrètes contre l’insécurité et faire face à une crise alimentaire qui se profile à l’horizon.
Trois ministres de premier plan de l’ancienne équipe sont restés à leurs postes : Zéphirin Diabré à la Réconciliation nationale, Barthélémy Simporé à la Défense, Maxime Koné à la Sécurité. La situation intérieure et notamment la sécurité sont des priorités affichées.
« La question essentielle, c’est la question sécuritaire, a martelé Lassina Zerbo. Il ne s’agit pas de présenter les problèmes, mais d’apporter les solutions. Qu’est qu’on peut faire pour faire face à cette question de sécurité ? Nous allons discuter immédiatement avec les deux ministres pour voir les propositions concrètes qui sont sur la table, pour répondre aussi aux besoins de nos militaires, et gendarmes et paramilitaires qui sont sur le terrain.
C’est ça la priorité sur dans ces premiers trente jours. On va certainement aller vers une pénurie alimentaire à laquelle il faut faire face, et tout cela c’est des priorités. Quand on rentre dans la période de soudure, il faut pouvoir faire face à ça et répondre de façon sereine et de façon aussi flexible et dynamique. »
