Selon un communiqué de presse, le Groupe Bolloré a consenti une exclusivité au Groupe Msc jusqu’au 31 mars 2022 afin que ce dernier puisse, à l’issue d’une phase d’audit complémentaire et de négociations contractuelles, lui remettre, le cas échéant, une promesse d’achat. «La décision du Groupe Bolloré d’exercer cette promesse et la signature des accords y afférents ne pourraient intervenir qu’à l’issue des procédures d’information et de consultation des instances représentatives du personnel compétentes et de certaines opérations de réorganisation internes au Groupe Bolloré.
La réalisation de la cession serait soumise à l’obtention d’autorisations réglementaires et des autorités de la concurrence compétentes ainsi qu’à l’accord de certaines des contreparties de Bolloré Africa Logistics », précise-t-on.
