Un simple contrôle qui vire au drame. Notre compatriote Abdou Salam Ly ne savait pas qu’il avait rendez-vous avec la mort quand il se présentait devant les agents de l’immigration.
En effet, d’après nos sources, ces derniers en mission lui ont demandé ses pièces d’identité. Notre compatriote, sans hésiter, sort les papiers. Les agents du service de l’immigration les prennent, avancent et tentent de partir avec. Notre compatriote, qui visiblement ne comprend pas cette situation, tombe raide. Malgré les premiers secours reçus, il rendra l’âme.
D’après les informations reçues, Abdou Salam Ly était bien en règle et avait tous ses papiers au complet.
Abdou Salam Ly est établi au Congo depuis plusieurs années et y vit avec sa femme Fatoumata Diallo. Il est originaire du Fouta.
Le consul du Sénégal au Congo s’est prononcé sur l’affaire. Après avoir relaté les faits, il a laissé entendre que le corps sera rapatrié très rapidement au Sénégal grâce à l’appui du ministre des Affaires étrangères et des Sénégalais de l’extérieur.
