La création de zones franches est de nouveau évoquée par le gouvernement, après plus de vingt années de tergiversations, de promulgation de textes et d’annulations, notamment à travers la remise en question de la zone de Bellara.
Le département du Commerce suggère ainsi au gouvernement la mise en place des zones franches, à travers un nouveau dispositif juridique. La proposition a été examinée mercredi, lors de la réunion de l’Exécutif, présidée par le Premier ministre, ministre des Finances, Aïmene Benabderrahmane. Il s’agit d’un avant-projet de loi relatif aux zones franches, présenté par le ministre du Commerce et de la Promotion des exportations, Kamel Rezig.
