Cela a commencé par des débats houleux pour se terminer par une suspension de séance surprise. Maintenant il va falloir reprogrammer une séance et ce n’est pas une mince affaire… Cette semaine l’assemblée est sous contrôle des Républicains et leur agenda est déjà très chargé. De plus, chaque jour perdu retarde aussi le passage au sénat.
Pas de cadeaux à la majorité
A droite on le dit ouvertement, « pas question de faire des cadeaux à la majorité là-dessus ». Mais c’est un jeu dangereux politiquement pour Les Républicains. Leur cheffe Valérie Pécresse s’est prononcée en faveur du pass vaccinal mais les députés, eux, votent contre et empêchent son application. Sûrement de quoi attiser les divisions au sein d’une famille fraîchement recomposée.
650 amendements
Le texte était censé être examiné au Sénat mercredi et jeudi, après son passage par le Palais-Bourbon et le vote de plus de 650 amendements par les députés, ce qui devait constituer un temps record. Mais la suspension intervenue lundi soir, alors que les débats devaient se tenir jusqu’au petit matin, montre que les tensions autour de son contenu demeurent très vives. Outre les opposants au principe même du passe vaccinal, des députés de tous bords ont regretté que ce dernier doive s’appliquer, tel que prévu dans le texte, aux adolescents de 12 à 17 ans.
