Toujours dans le cadre de la sécurisation du territoire, des actions seront entreprises pour améliorer la collaboration entre les renseignements, les FDS, les VDP et les populations. Selon le Premier ministre, le « gouvernement procèdera également à l’établissement de partenariats stratégiques et va poursuivre la réorganisation du dispositif de sécurité national afin d’aboutir à un meilleur maillage sécuritaire du territoire ».
« Sur le plan organisationnel, les départements en charge de la sécurité et des armées ont reçu pour mission de procéder à une coordination plus efficiente des dispositifs de renseignements, des actions des différentes unités combattantes ainsi que le renforcement de la veille stratégique au sein du commandement », soutient le Premier ministre qui annonce un renforcement des effectifs, des moyens logistiques et matériels des forces de défense et de sécurité dans le cadre de l’opérationnalisation de la Stratégie de défense nationale et de ses instruments de mise en œuvre compris dans la loi de programmation militaire 2018-2022.
