L’état de santé de l’ancien président de la République de Guinée était devenu de plus en plus inquiétant. Après plusieurs interventions, la junte qui l’a déchu en septembre dernier, a lâché du lest en l’autorisant à aller se faire soigner. Et c’est ainsi qu’Alpha Condé a pu quitter Conakry lundi pour rallier les Emirats arabes unis. Mais dans un communiqué publié hier, les putschistes ont été clairs sur le délai accordé à Condé.
« Le Comité national du rassemblement pour le développement (Cnrd) informe l’opinion nationale et internationale que le Professeur Alpha Condé a quitté Conakry, le lundi 17 dernier, pour les Émirats Arabes Unis, où il doit suivre des soins médicaux. Son retour en Guinée est attendu dès la fin de ses soins. Une décision prise conformément au communiqué du Cnrd en date du 31 décembre 2021 et à l’accord signé entre la République de Guinée et la Cedeao », précise le communiqué.
Ce rappel est-il une façon de mettre la pression sur l’organisation communautaire qui, à son tour, a semblé avertir Mamadi Doumbouya et ses hommes, à travers les sanctions contre la junte malienne ? En tous les cas, Conakry a pris à témoin tous et semble attendre la Cedeao au tournant.
Selon des sources de Rfi, le Président Condé a quitté Conakry, « entouré de plusieurs personnes dont au moins un membre du Cnrd et de son médecin personnel, une des rares personnes de confiance à avoir pu le consulter régulièrement depuis le putsch du 5 septembre ».
