Le président tunisien Kaïs Saïed a publié samedi 12 février un décret établissant un Conseil supérieur de la magistrature (CSM) provisoire, remplaçant effectivement le président du Conseil, a annoncé la présidence tunisienne sur sa page Facebook.
Kaïs Saïed a décrété la semaine dernière la dissolution de cet organisme indépendant chargé de nommer les juges, l’accusant de corruption et de partialité.
En juillet, le président tunisien a suspendu le Parlement et limogé le Premier ministre, déclarant qu’il gouvernerait par décret durant la préparation d’une nouvelle Constitution qui, selon lui, sera soumise à un référendum cet été.
