La police camerounaise a arrêté un enseignant après la diffusion d’une vidéo qui le montre en train de torturer son élève.
L’incident aurait eu lieu dans une école primaire de Douala, la capitale économique du Cameroun.
La vidéo a été largement partagée sur les réseaux sociaux, provoquant une vague d’indignation. Dans la vidéo, on peut voir l’enseignant qui oblige, dans un premier temps, le jeune garçon à manger un plastique de piment.
Ensuite, il verse une bonne quantité de piment sur son corps avant de le taper avec une machette. Il est assisté par quatre autres personnes qui tiennent les bras et les pieds de la victime de torture.
Une autre séquence de la vidéo le montre en train de frapper les doigts de l’enfant avec un marteau.
L’enseignant a été arrêté et une enquête a été ouverte.
