Les centres commerciaux Français ont très bien résisté à la pandémie l’an passé, d’après les chiffres du Conseil National des Centres Commerciaux.
Avec +1,9% de croissance en 2021 par rapport à 2020, les patrons des centres commerciaux peuvent respirer. Après la crainte d’une année en perdition avec un 3e confinement national, un couvre-feu (début 2021) puis l’installation d’un passe sanitaire, le CNCC (Conseil National des Centres Commerciaux) se félicite de ces bons résultats. Le taux de fréquentation a peu faiblit avec -0,8%.
Dans son communiqué de presse, le CNCC qui compte plus de 400 sociétés adhérentes représentant plus de 800 sites commerciaux, se dit rassuré par ses résultats : «Notre performance traduit la résilience d’un modèle qui répond aux aspirations économiques, sociétales et écologiques des consommateurs ainsi qu’aux besoins des enseignes», est-il écrit.
Pour Gontran Thà¼ring (président du CNCC), les espaces commerciaux ont également participé à la lutte contre la pandémie : «Nous avons accueilli des plateformes de dépistage et de vaccination. Trop souvent stigmatisés et caricaturés à tort, les centres commerciaux continueront en 2022 à »˜écologiser’, animer et vitaliser les territoires qui les accueillent«, a indiqué le responsable.
Pour cette année, les Centres commerciaux vont continuer de se développer comme par exemple avec l’extension du parc d’activités de Château-Gaillard à Bain-de-Bretagne o๠un centre commercial innovant ouvrira en 2023 à 20 minutes de Rennes. La collectivité espère en faire »˜le plus grand pôle d’activités entre Rennes et Nantes’ sur 43 hectares ; 95 % des lots ont déjà trouvé preneur ou sont sur le point d’être commercialisé. Au final, une soixantaine d’entreprises s’y installeront d’ici 2023.
La communauté de communes envisage ainsi la création de près de 300 emplois dans des secteurs d’activité variés (commerce, artisanat, industrie, logistique.) ou encore avec le développement du nouveau centre commercial de Claye-Souilly »˜Centre commercial Shopping promenade’ qui va voir l’ouverture de nouvelles boutiques.
