C’est une invite du ministre de la Coopération internationale Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso le 26 mars dernier au cours d’une réunion. La Tunisie va abriter, la huitième édition de la Conférence internationale de Tokyo pour le développement de l’Afrique (TICAD), les 27 et 28 août prochains.
Prélude à cette rencontre, les ministres des pays membres de cette organisation ont participé à une réunion préparatoire de cet événement ce samedi 26 mars par visioconférence. Dans son discours prononcé à cette occasion, le ministre de la Coopération internationale, Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso a appelé les investisseurs japonais à soutenir la vision du développement de notre pays pour les 5 prochaines années.
Cette vision, dit-il, s’articule autour de 6 axes prioritaires contenus dans notre Programme national de développement (Pnd) 2022 – 2026, à savoir : le développement de l’agriculture au sens large, le développement de l’industrie, le développement de nos quatre zones économiques spéciales, le développement du tourisme, le développement de l’économie numérique et le développement de la promotion immobilière.
« C’est en priorité autour de ces 6 axes que nous souhaitons voir les entreprises de votre pays venir investir dans notre pays, et de préférence sous la forme du partenariat public-privé, car notre gouvernement en a fait un mode principal de financement de projets », a déclaré Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso. Dans son propos, le ministre a également vanté la politique d’aménagement du territoire du gouvernement congolais, qui selon lui, garantit l’éclosion des potentiels investisseurs en terre congolaise. « Au-delà des potentialités naturelles indéniables, il faut noter que notre pays a fait d’importants progrès en termes d’infrastructures de base avec des aéroports dans chaque département et des routes, les grands axes pour faciliter son intégration économique » , a-t-il dit.
Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso a par ailleurs relevé la nécessité d’implantation au Congo d’un bureau de l’Agence japonaise de coopération internationale.
