Dans le sud du Maroc, les services sécuritaires de la ville Guelmim ont mis la main sur 2,313 tonnes de résine de cannabis et interpellé trois individus pour leur implication présumée dans une affaire de trafic international de drogue, indique lundi un communiqué de la Direction générale de la sûreté nationale (DGSN).
Les perquisitions effectuées au domicile du troisième prévenu ont abouti à la saisie d’un fusil de chasse sans autorisation, de 14 cartouches, de deux voitures dont une 4X4 et de 88 ballots de résine de cannabis d’un poids total de 2,313 tonnes, explique le communiqué cité par Xinhua.
Les mis en cause ont été placés en garde à vue pour les besoins de l’enquête menée sous la supervision du parquet compétent, précise la même source, ajoutant que cette opération s’inscrit dans le cadre des efforts sécuritaires intenses et continus déployés pour la lutte contre les réseaux de trafic international de stupéfiants et de psychotropes.
