Aux déplacés je souhaite un retour rapide au bercail,
Aux malades je souhaite un prompt rétablissement,
Pour tous nos défunts, nos soldats tombés au front pour la défense de la patrie, ainsi que les soldats des pays frères, j’implore le pardon et la clémence du très miséricordieux.
Aux victimes de la Covid-19 j’exprime ma profonde compassion et j’invite à nouveau tout un chacun à l’observation stricte des mesures contre ce mal qui continue à décimer l’humanité.
L’élan de solidarité que prône le mois béni du Ramadan qui arrive ainsi à son terme nous incite davantage au pardon et au dialogue, socle indispensable du sursaut et de la stabilité tant recherchée et voulue par nos concitoyens.
Notre pays revient de loin. Nous avons enclenché la dynamique d’une Transition que je veux davantage inclusive à travers l’implication de l’ensemble des acteurs sociaux et politiques.
Je souhaite ardemment que l’élan du dialogue social entamé avec les acteurs sociaux et politiques puisse se raffermir et que nous nous donnions la main pour le seul intérêt du Mali.
A toutes et à tous, bonne fête de l’Aid El Fitr dans l’union, la concorde et l’entente mutuelle pour un Mali stable, paisible et résilient.
