Véritable fleuron de la musique ivoirienne, Josey se définit comme un artiste dont les avis s’accordent sur le talent. A plus de 7 années de carrière, elle décide de marquer l’histoire de la musique ivoirienne avec la sortie de son album Cocktail. Invité sur un plateau télé il y a quelques jours, Josey a révélé les raisons ayant motivé à la production de cette œuvre.
La 01 mai 2021, Josey a lancé le tout premier album de sa carrière musicale. Le précieux sésame baptisé « Cocktail » comporte 17 ouvres, des plus agréables les unes après les autres. Alors que les mélomanes ne se délectent pas des différents morceaux, la chanteuse a révélé les réelles motivations de cet opus.
« C’est une occasion pour moi de me rendre beaucoup plus crédible, parce qu’en tant que chanteuse que beaucoup de gens regardent et apprécient, j’ai besoin d’avoir plus de crédit en ayant un album en bonne et due forme. Donc c’était plus un désir de me concrétiser« , a soutenu Josey.
Pour la petite histoire, le Cocktail de josey se concoctait depuis plusieurs années. D’après les précisions de la diva, certains singles se préparaient même avant le début de sa carrière. D’autres sont nés d’inspirations dans le courant de sa carrière.
Le titre phare de l’album « Rebelote », cumule déjà plus d’un million de vues et les 16 autres font tourner le compteur sur YouTube.
Pour couronner le tout, Josey se produira en concert inédit le 26 juin prochain au palais de la culture.
