L’annonce a été faite lundi en marge d’un atelier de formation à l’intention des journalistes spécialisés en environnement pour le renforcement de leur capacité.
Une rencontre organisée par l’Institut mondial pour la croissance verte et le ministère de l’Environnement. Ainsi, pour faire face à cette pollution, un projet de ville verte est mis en œuvre par l’Institut mondial pour la croissance verte.
Le projet soutiendra les efforts du Sénégal dans la mise en œuvre des lignes directrices pour le développement de villes vertes, dans le but d’atteindre une gestion durable, environnementale, intégrée avec l’accélération des villes vertes secondaires. Le projet impactera la qualité de vie des populations de Dakar, Thiès et Diourbel à travers une série d’interventions visant à améliorer l’efficience dans la chaîne de valeurs de la gestion des déchets.
