«Au demeurant, après avoir examiné tous ces éléments, le jury disciplinaire estime que les prétentions de la FECOFA ainsi que les éléments présentés par cette dernière n’ont pas été jugés probants et suffisants pour établir la matérialité d’une falsification de l’identité du joueur de la part de la FEGAFOOT ; En outre le jury disciplinaire n’a pu constater aucune irrégularité concernant l’éligibilité du joueur en question, ni de son enregistrement au sein de la CAF», a déclaré l’instance africaine de football.
La Fédération congolaise (Fecafoot) accusait le Gabonais d’avoir falsifié son identité, lui qui serait né en RDC cinq ans plus tôt que la date qui est mentionnée sur son passeport et sous le nom de Kiaku Kiaku Kiangani Guelor. Mais les documents transmis par la partie congolaise n’ont pas été jugés probants, à l’inverse des preuves fournies par la Fédération gabonaise (Fegafoot), tel que l’acte de naissance du joueur.
