Ce qui est sûr, c’est que la proposition de loi déposée par soixante députés (sur les 114 siégeant à l’Assemblée nationale) représentant l’ensemble des sensibilités politiques a toutes les chances de passer, ses initiateurs ayant respecté la procédure prévue à l’article 92 de la Constitution. Cette disposition stipule qu’il suffit de réunir un dixième des députés à l’Assemblée nationale pour pouvoir proposer une loi.
