L’application Google sur Android semble être victime d’une panne ce mardi 22 juin, suite à la dernière mise à jour réalisée ce lundi. Un problème qui semblerait également toucher chrome sur Android. « Pour ceux qui rencontrent des problèmes avec l’application Google sur Android (…). Nous examinons actuellement le problème, a indiqué sur Twitter Michiel Sallaets, porte-parole de Google en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
Pour les utilisateurs touchés, impossible d’effectuer une recherche Google ou d’ouvrir un site web sans faire crasher l’application, ou l’affichage de messages d’erreur comme « 403. Votre client n’a pas la permission d’accès à cette URL » ou « Google a cessé de fonctionner ». Si tous les smartphones ne semblent pas être concernés, le site Downdetector a bien enregistré une hausse des problèmes de connexions, depuis 6h du matin ce mardi.

Solution temporaire
Si ce n’est pas déjà fait, les médias spécialiés déconseillent donc d’installer les dernières mises à jour Google et Chrome avant qu’un correctif ne soit appliqué. Pour les autres, il est tout de même possible de remédier au problème en allant dans vos paramètres puis dans Applications. Là, appuyez sur les trois petits points en haut à droite, puis sélectionnez « Applications système », sélectionnez Google, puis cliquez à nouveau sur les trois points, et enfin « désintaller les mises à jour ». Une procédure temporaire qui ne semble pas fonctionner chez tous les utilisateurs. Les malchanceux devront attendre le correctif du géant Google.
