La société de distribution d’eau de la Côte d’Ivoire (SODECI), va verser le 27 juillet 2021 à ses actionnaires, au titre de l’exercice 2020, un dividende global net de 3,037 milliards de francs CFA, ont annoncé les dirigeants de cette entreprise basée à Abidjan.
Rapporté aux neuf millions d’actions qui composent le capital de la société, le dividende net par action s’élève à 337,5 franc CFA contre 292,5 franc CFA en 2019, soit une augmentation de 45 franc CFA.
Le dividende net qui sera donc versé aux actionnaires de l’entreprise représente 67,5% de la valeur nominale de l’action qui est de 500 franc CFA.
L’exercice 2020 s’était soldé par un bénéfice après impôts de 4,599 milliards de franc CFA en progression de 45% par rapport à celui de 2019.
La même tendance haussière était notée concernant le chiffre d’affaires (+32%) avec une réalisation se situant à 129 milliards de franc CFA contre 98,229 milliards de franc CFA en 2019.
Le résultat opérationnel de la SODECI avait, de son côté, fortement augmenté de 88% à 6,54 milliards de franc CFA contre 3,49 milliards de franc CFA au terme de l’exercice 2019.
