Un changement a été opéré dans le calendrier de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations 2021 au Cameroun. Ce mercredi, la Confédération Africaine de Football informe que la petite finale qui mettra aux prises le Burkina Faso au vaincu du duel Egypte contre le Cameroun se jouera finalement ce samedi.
Le match du troisième place initialement programmé dimanche avant la grande finale, a été avancé au samedi 5 février à 19 heures GMT au stade Ahmadou Ahidjo de la capitale Yaoundé. Il opposera le Burkina Faso, battu par le Sénégal ce soir (3-1) aux perdants de la deuxième demi-finales entre l’Egypte et le Cameroun qui se déroulera demain jeudi.
«La Commission d’Organisation de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations CAF TotalEnergies 2021, après concertations avec le Gouvernement du Cameroun et le Comité d’Organisation Local (COL), a décidé de déplacer au samedi 05 février 2022, le match de classement (troisième et quatrième places) de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations TotalEnergies Cameroun 2021, initialement prévu le dimanche 06 février 2022», peut-on lire dans le communiqué de l’instance panafricaine.
