Le Premier ministre Jean Castex a annoncé lundi qu’il s’apprêtait à présenter mercredi le plan d’aide du gouvernement pour faire face aux conséquences économiques et sociales de la guerre en Ukraine. «Je présenterai très vraisemblablement mercredi après-midi avec plusieurs membres du gouvernement le plan de résilience que le président de la République nous a demandé de préparer», a-t-il déclaré en marge d’un déplacement à Toulouse. Ce plan doit permettre notamment d’aider les entreprises touchées par les répercussions en tous genres de l’invasion de l’Ukraine par la Russie.
Il sera «très sectorisé», a prévenu Jean Castex, citant «toutes les entreprises qui ont des contrats avec la Russie, dont les approvisionnements dépendent de matières premières fabriquées ou issues de la Russie, aluminium, titane…»
Remise à la pompe de 15 centimes d’euros
Une première réponse a été apportée samedi par Jean Castex face à l’envolée des prix du carburant, en accordant une remise à la pompe de 15 centimes d’euros, «pour tous les Français», ménages comme entreprises, à compter du 1er avril et pour quatre mois.
Mais des mesures additionnelles seront donc apportées, Jean Castex évoquant notamment le cas, parmi bien d’autres, des pêcheurs, dont la «flotte de bateaux» est «très consommatrice en carburant». «Nous travaillons avec les collectivités à des mesures permettant un abaissement de leurs charges sociales et portuaires», a-t-il annoncé. Pour le Premier ministre, il s’agira aussi d’«orienter les investissements que nous dégageons vers le long terme». «Il ne suffira pas simplement de faire face à ce que nous voyons, mais l’enjeu c’est bien comment nous rendre structurellement moins dépendants, c’est-à-dire plus souverains», a-t-il déclaré.
