La FIFA a dévoilé ce jeudi son classement des nations actualisé. Pas le moindre changement n’est en effet à signaler dans le Top 20 continental avec le Sénégal qui reste leader, suivi par le Maroc et le Nigeria sur le podium. A l’échelle mondiale, les « Lions » perdent tout de même deux places et chutent en 20e position.
Le Sénégal est toujours première en Afrique. Elle est à 33 points de son dauphin. Le Sénégal est devant le Maroc, constant, et le Nigeria qui intègre le podium. Les bonnes notes de l’Egypte (4e), la Tunisie (5e), la Tunisie (6e), le Cameroun (7e) enfoncent l’Algérie désormais 44e mondial et 8e africain, le Mali et la CIV qui le suivent, respectivement aussi à la 52e et 53e place mondial.
La Belgique est détrônée de la première place du classement mondial. Elle chute à la deuxième place alors que le nouveau leader est le Brésil avec 5 points de plus. La France.
