24 projets de lois ont été soumis aux députés ivoiriens pour la session ordinaire 2022 parmi lesquels le projet de loi relatif au divorce et à la séparation de corps.La session ordinaire 2022 de l’Assemblée nationale ouverte vendredi, est présidée par Adama Bictogo, vice-président, en l’absence du président de l’institution qui qui remplace Amadou Soumahoro convalescent.
Pour cette session 2022, M. Bictogo a indiqué que « 24 projets de lois se trouvent en ce moment sur le bureau de l’Assemblée nationale dont le calendrier de travail sera soumis incessamment en plénière pour adoption ». « Nous enregistrons déjà 13 projets de lois portant autorisation de ratification de conventions internationales, cinq projets de lois portant ratification d’ordonnance, et six projets de lois ordinaires », a-t-il souligné.
Parmi ces 24 projets de lois, certains susciteront indéniablement un grand intérêt, notamment le projet de loi relatif au divorce et à la séparation de corps. Il vient en complément des dernières réformes intervenues sur le dispositif relatif au mariage. Il a ajouté qu’il met un accent particulier sur la protection des intérêts moraux et matériels des enfants. M. Bictogo a par ailleurs évoqué le projet de loi relatif à la cybercriminalité compte tenu des menaces dans le cyber espace en mettent en place un dispositif plus répressif. La session législative précédente a été marquée, entre autres, au plan législatif par 23 projets de lois qui ont été examinés et adoptés, six projets de lois portant autorisation de ratification de conventions internationales, sept projets de lois portant ratification d’ordonnance.
Les députés ont en outre adopté sept projets de lois ordinaires à caractère économique, social, politique et culturel; trois projets de lois à caractère financier (règlement du budget de l’Etat 2020, projet de loi des finances rectificatives du budget 2021, projet de loi des finances pour 2022). « L’impact social de toutes ces lois est patent et nettement perceptible à tous les niveaux », a déclaré M. Bictogo, relevant comme entre autre élément d’illustration, la ratification du protocole de la Cedeao sur la lutte contre la corruption et l’adoption du régime fiscal et douanier de la convention de concession de la ligne du Métro d’Abidjan qui va générer 20 000 emplois directs.
