Le Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, président de la Transition en Guinée, a mis à la retraite plus d’une quarantaine magistrats. Décision rendue publique hier, tard dans la soirée.
Ceux-ci actent la mise à la retraite d’une quarantaine de magistrats, selon les médias guinéens. Cette décision qui entre en vigueur dès ce 31 décembre 2021, concerne les magistrats des Cours et tribunaux ainsi que ceux évoluant au cabinet du ministère de la Justice.
Parmi ces 41 futurs magistrats déjà déclarés éligibles à la retraite, figure Mamadou Syma Sylla, président de la Cour suprême, qui a dirigé le procès de Alpha Condé, alors principal opposant à feu général Lansana Conté. Il est également celui qui a présidé l’audience d’investiture de l’actuel président de la Transition, le Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya.
Mohamed Aly Thiam, le président de l’Association des magistrats de Guinée, est aussi concerné par cette décision.
